This project reimagines Moncler’s role beyond outerwear by positioning the brand within the travel and hospitality sector. Centered on a branded alpine resort in the French Alps, it proposes a shift from product-driven luxury to experience-driven brand ecosystems.
Grounded in integrated research and strategic development, the project defines a cohesive concept that translates Moncler’s performance heritage into a lived, immersive environment. It highlights how fashion brands can create deeper emotional connections and build long-term value through experiential extensions.
